The ‘ARC project’ is a game project being made by a group of fellow gamers to make a fighting game for the community. Like mentioned it’s going to be a fighting game, its going to take the approach of old arcade fighting games, being a six button fighter. The game is going to take the multiple character approach, but not limit you to only being that. The game is going to give you the choice between choosing multiple characters or only one. The approach taken for this game is to give it an original story to engulf the gamer into the main story, the writers took the task to tie the main story to the characters, and not only the main story but to other characters as well, giving everyone a story which gamers can connect with. Since the guys making the game are also gamers, they aim to make a game which can fix the mistake and flaws they found in other games. The goals of the game are: to make a game that fighting gamers can relate with, make it good for competitive play, not only online, but in offline tournaments, make it a consistent game, constantly patching out existing bugs or glitches that weren’t meant to be there, patching out infinites and all the stuff that frustrates gamers that aren’t necessarily big on fighting games, aiming to make a game that is true and honest, a game where you have to work to win. The game makers shall take all the feedback from the community to make it the best game possible. But the main goal is to make one of, if not, the most balanced fighting game out there, which will be accomplished by extensive bug testing and taking community feedback to heart.
